Just seven short years ago, Andrea Huntjens started the Flying Chef Catering in Richmond, Virginia, with her interest in food & wine. She has now purchased Complete Catering a well established 20 years "young" company also based in Richmond, Virginia in June of 2008. She has rebranded the two successful catering companies into Sophisticated Soirees. As the companies have evolved, the services offered to her clients range from a simple box lunches to "fabulous" event planning, event design & edgy menus. All of our partners are local growers & businesses which helps support Virginia's economy.
